House Rules
Late Policy
If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may be cancelled, as it’s not possible to give adequate service in the remaining time. Please call if you are running late.
Cancellation Policy
If you need to cancel your appointment, please give more than 24hr notice as a courtesy to your barber and wait-list clients. If you fail to give notice outside of 24 hours you may be charged 50% of your appointment service price.
No Show Policy
Appointment notification reminders are sent 24 hours and 2 hours prior to your scheduled appointment time.
If you fail to show up for your appointment you may be charged 100% of your appointment service price.

If you have any cold or flu symptoms, however minimal, please reschedule.
Hand Sanitiser is available in the shop, help yourself.
All chairs are disinfected and wiped down after each use.
Tools are cleaned regularly before and after clients.
